Yes I know: technically you're only quarantining if you have symptoms of Covid-19 or potential exposure to the virus. The rest of us are social distancing (to the best of our ability I HOPE, unless you're essential staff and we are so grateful to those of you who are!) or sheltering in place, depending on what our invidivual governments have mandated.
So we're obviously not in our business casual-wear. A lot of us are still video-chatting, but let's face it: no one is wearing office-appropriate bottoms. Last week we held a Zoom meet-up to connect with some of our long-distance friends of the pod (although, at this point everyone is a long-distance contact.) Obviously, the conversation briefly turned to clothes. Fashion sweatshirts are our raison d'etre. Who knew "what are you wearing" wasn't only a sexual question meant for late night booty calls??
What I was wearing, and what I'm probably wearing now, no matter when you read this, are the best $14 I've ever spent on amazon. Joggers are complimentary for any figure, and they give off a devil-may-care air, to me at least. Suffice it to say, if you're wearing joggers, I immediately think you're cool. They're comfy and light-weight, so I've been wearing them all through our mild southern Winter and now into Spring.
They come in a plethora of colors and designs. I'm usually somewhere around a size 10 in pants (above or below depending on the label) and the large is perfect for me.
